You have all the answers within yourself and sometimes we just need someone that can walk with us through what feels like the lowest part of our journey.
With over a decade of working in mental health and being a certified substance use disorder counselor, I have supported hundreds of people on their journey. My approach is unique — not only do I have the education, but I have the life experience so that when we're working together, I don't just hear what you're saying. I understand what you're going through.
Whether you'd be battling substance abuse, wanting to end lifelong patterns of destruction, going through a faith crisis, ending a relationship, or have an adolescent child with unhealthy coping skills — I'm here.
